Quality control is essential to any service organization in setting and mainlining high standards. JaniExpress’ Quality Control Program consists of three components:
Q&A Rounds – walk-troughs with the contractor and the customer provides us with a better understanding of the client’s “hot-spots” and will lead to good communication and established expectations.
Quality Insurance Inspections – An on-going assessment of daily cleaning quality; used by supervisory staff.
Triple Check – An Inspection performed by the VP of Operations and/or Consultant on quarterly basis; to ensure that the JaniExpress’ program and system are in place and operating in full effect.
